Sunflower Lecithin has amphiphilic properties (attracts both water and oil), and acts as an emulsifying agent, helping foods that don’t easily stay together, to do so. As an additive, it works to stabilize processed foods. As a surfactant (compound that lowers surface tension) lecithin helps to distribute cannabinoids more efficiently. Essentially, our body may have an easier time digesting and accessing CBD more easily.
