What is your return policy?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of original date of purchase (see exceptions below). In order to be eligible for return the item must be unopened and the packaging must be in it’s original/salable condition.

The following items ARE NOT ELIGIBLE RETURN:
* CBD Products
* Nutrients & Supplements
* Light Bulbs
* Growing media
* Clearance Items/Final Sale
* Special Order Items

Should you wish to return an item, you will be responsible for return shipping and restocking fees (when applicable).

Do you carry other items besides those listed online?

Why YES we do! We only carry a small sampling of our products in our online store. Our entire catalog has over 5,000 products in it, and we’d be happy to quote you on what ever it is you are looking for!

We are proud to offer one of the largest in stock selections of any store in Vermont, and if we don’t have it in store, we can quickly access it for you via our large supply network. What if I have a warranty issue?

Should any problems arise we are here to help you through every step of the warranty process. The vast majority of the products we sell, that meet eligibility for warranty replacement can be handled in store. Meaning you’ll walk out with a replacement the same day. Some items, that are repairable, are sent back to the manufacturer for repair. We will handle shipment for you or send you a prepaid UPS call tag if you’d like to send the item in from home.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is estimated based on a slightly imperfect system of dimensions and weight. Sometimes the system over estimates shipping, especially for our smaller items that can easily be boxed together (like CBD products). If actual shipping comes in lower than the system charges you, you will receive a credit for the difference.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

YES! We offer several opportunities for our customers to save by shopping with Growpro! For our in-store customers, be sure to sign up for our Customer Rewards program which will get you discounts every time you shop.
