Sales Team Member (Full Time)

White River Growrpo is a family-owned specialty garden supply store in downtown White River Junction, VT. In February of 2024 we added The Hidden Grove, an adult use cannabis shop inside of Growpro. We are seeking a full-time sales associate to join our team and help with all sales operations with a focus on inventory management. The successful candidate will have 5+ years cultivation experience or comparable applicable experience. Cannabis cultivation knowledge is imperative, and indoor cultivation knowledge a plus. The candidate will also have sales, customer service, or comparable applicable experience, as well as a positive attitude and willingness to work directly with the public. Experience managing inventory a plus, and attention to detail is a MUST. In the grow shop we spend the day talking about growing and helping customers find the right product for their garden needs, and in the dispensary we help customers find the right cannabis to suit their needs.

This hybrid position will be heavily grow shop focused with 2-3 days in the dispensary, as needed. This is an on-your-feet position that requires the ability to bend and lift 50 lbs regularly. As a retail shop weekend shifts are required. We are currently closed on Sundays, so that would be one of your days off, with Saturdays REQUIRED. Shifts run 9:30-6:15 on weekdays and 9:30-4:15 on weekends. Starting pay is $18-22/hr based on experience with room for advancement. We offer a relatively informal and fun atmosphere, with work that ranges from fast paced in the busy season to a bit more mellow in the off season, and we serve a generally happy and fun group of clientele.
