Sales Team Member (Full Time)

White River Growrpo is a family-owned specialty garden supply store in downtown White River Junction, VT. We are seeking a full-time sales associate to join our team. The successful candidate will have 5+ years cultivation experience or comparable applicable experience. Cannabis cultivation knowledge is imperative, and indoor cultivation knowledge a plus. The candidate will also have sales, customer service, or comparable applicable experience, as well as a positive attitude and willingness to work directly with the public. We spend the day talking about growing and helping customers find the right product for their garden needs.

This is an on-your-feet position that requires the ability to bend and lift 50 lbs regularly. As a retail shop weekend shifts are required. Shifts during training run 9:30-6 on weekdays and 9:30-4 on weekends for a total of 36hrs/wk with ability to expand hours up to 40/wk after your 90-day orientation period. Starting pay is $18-22/hr with benefits and advancement opportunity. Our FT benefits package includes 2 weeks earned time, 6 paid holidays, generous employee discounts, and annual bonus potential. We offer a relatively informal and fun atmosphere, with work that ranges from fast paced in the busy season to a bit more mellow in the off season, and we serve a generally happy and fun group of clientele.
