We are seeking part-time and/or full-time sales associates to join our team. Successful candidates will have cultivation experience or comparable applicable gardening experience. Cannabis cultivation experience, and especially indoor cultivation knowledge is a plus. Candidates will also have sales, customer service, or comparable applicable experience, as well as a positive attitude and willingness to work directly with the public. We spend the day talking about growing and helping customers find the right product for their garden needs.
This is an on-your-feet position that requires the ability to bend and lift 50 lbs regularly. As a retail shop weekend shifts are required for full time staff, and weekend availability is preferable for part time staff. Shifts run 9:30-6, and we are currently open Monday – Saturday (closed Sundays). Starting pay is $18-22/hr based on experience, with room for advancement.
Management tack employees looking to build their career are of particular interest, as we are currently seeking management level staff, and prefer to promote from within. You will get out of this position what you put in, and there is room to grow in more ways than one! For the right candidate, cross train in the dispensary for a hybrid position.

Due to the nature of our business, ALL STAFF MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER and must be able to obtain a Vermont Cannabis Employee ID Card, which requires the ability to pass a background check. The cost of this is covered by the employee.
