We are seeking cannabis enthusiasts to come join our team as Budtenders at The Hidden Grove, an adult use cannabis dispensary located inside of White River Growpro, Vermont’s Full Service Grow Store. As a Budtender your role will be part customer service & sales, and part cannabis educator, as you help clients find the right product for their needs.

Customer service, sales, or equivalent experience required. This position requires a positive attitude and ability to commit to a regular schedule. Attention to detail, comfort with computers and working with a wide variety of people will all be requirements of the job. This is an on-your-feet position.

We have both Full-time and Part-time positions available, with some flexibility to set your schedule. Weekday shifts run 9:30am-6:30pm and weekend shifts run 9:30am-4:30pm. For the right candidate, combine a Part Time Budtender position with a Part Time Sales position in the grow shop and be eligible for full time employee benefits!

You must be 21 years of age and able to obtain a Vermont Cannabis Employee ID card which will require passing a background check. Starting wage is $18-22/hour depending on experience, plus benefits for full time staff. Full time benefits include two weeks of earned time, 6 paid holidays, employee discounts, and annual bonus potential.
